Add to that the constant advances in technology and communication affecting how you contact your clients or they find you.

Successful businesses are therefore those that can adapt with the changes and grasp the new opportunities that come their way; the ability of a company to adapt is dependent on the people within.

Fortunately, one of they first steps towards achieving aimprovements in either the team, leadership or communication is consciously considering them and identifying strengths to be encouraged and weaknesses to be addressed. Furthermore, external expert help is always available.
